Return Policy

To request a return, please:

Contact us at customerservice@garotashop.com with the order number and items you wish to return. Let us know if you'd like us to send you a return label (this only applies for shipping within the US). Keep in mind we'll deduct a fee $10 from your refund to cover the shipping cost. 

Please allow us 2-3 business days to get back to you with a return label. Remember to include a note inside your package with order number and if you're interested in a an exchange. You can also let us know if you'd prefer a refund to your original method of payment or a Gift Card with 10% extra credit to use on our website any time.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

• Clearance items and FINAL SALE can't be returned or exchanged. 
• There is a fee of $10 to process the return if we send you a return label (this only applies in the US and excludes Puerto Rico and Hawaii).
• Refunds are allowed within 30 days after your purchase date. We recommend sending back the package earlier since we must receive it before the 30 days expire.
• Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags and ribbon, including any hang-tags attached if included.

EXCHANGES

• Exchanges can be processed by the same item unless the product is no longer available. We can exchange the item either at the store or when we receive the item you're returning. If we don't have the item in the size you want, you can opt for a gift card or refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• The international customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Garota. This also includes orders from Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

EXCLUSIONS

• A defective item is granted in exchange for the same item without defect and a refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available. Please contact us immediately when you receive your order if the item is defective.
